I purchased this Trio building set for my almost 5 year old son for Christmas, and 4 months later he is still playing with them nearly everyday! My 3 year old also loves them. From reviews I was a little concerned that the pieces might be too hard for him to put together alone, but it just took him a few days to get the hang of it. They are fun and sturdy. What separates these blocks from others is that they stay together really well. My son can carry a large contraption around without worrying about pieces falling off. There is extra room in the bucket, so we've added some smaller sets to our collection. Trio blocks are without a doubt the most played with toy in our playroom.
