My son received this as a gift for Christmas. The day after Christmas he wanted to assemble it. We found out that the tool (allen wrench) at the end of the power tool was assembled backwards making not usable to put together the toy. That was what he was most looking forward to using.... a power tool! We emailed the company with a complaint and request for a replacement part. There hasn't been a response from the company nor have we received the part yet. After reading the reviews, I'm about ready to return it instead but I feel bad for him. He was so excited.
