I bought this set because my son had tried it at school. My kids immediately started on a project when they received the set but couldn't finish because they ran out of straws. I couldn't believe that there weren't enough straws so I counted. Sure enough, we were quite a few straws short. But, Roylco is a great company to work with. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and professional and rushed us out plenty of straws (and some extra connectors). She also followed up with an e-mail to make sure we had received the package and were enjoying the set! I am very pleased with my purchase. My kids love to create with the straws and connectors and use their imaginations. My only complaint would be that their creations don't stay together very well--the straws and connectors slide apart fairly easily.
