I always wanted to have a cool Lego, but never could afford to one, this time I take the time to get this cool Vader's TIE, and was incredible build, search, put in order all pieces, sometimes I had got lost before get excited. The toy is all fun. I take more than 24H, to build.Get more detail about LEGO 10175 Star Wars Vader's TIE Advanced Starfighter.

Buy Erector Build and Play - Construction Bucket 150 Pieces
We bought this for our nephew for Christmas. It is very durable and so much better than the stuff they sell at the usual stores (Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, etc). It lets a child use his/her imagination instead of just following a picture and/or directions. We love it and so does he!Get more detail about Erector Build and Play - Construction Bucket 150 Pieces.

Best-Lock War of the Planets Red Hawks and Raider 500pc Immediately
I bought this for my sons (ages 7 and 5) during Amazon's "Lightning Deals". The directions are easy to follow and my 7 year old did okay except for the fact that some of the pieces don't snap together very easily. Even more frustrating, other pieces don't stay together well enough and fall off when barely touched. I ended up super-gluing some of the most irritating culprits. We were able to get the ships put together and they look nice when done. If you buy this, do not expect it to be of the same quality as Legos, but slightly inferior. It was worth it at half the price, but I would be bummed if we'd paid full price.Get more detail about Best-Lock War of the Planets Red Hawks and Raider 500pc.

Cheap Lego City Exclusive Mini Figure Set #5613 Firefighter
I picked this set up because it was cheap (at the time it only cost $3.49) and I wanted the firefighter figure and accessories for my Lego collection. This set comes with one firefighter with a very detailed torso and a white fire hat. This set also comes with an equipment rack with a fire extinguisher, ax, chainsaw, and a different saw (on "Pick A Brick" it is known as an ice saw). Beside the equipment rack there is also a small fire hydrant. In addition, this set also comes with a little fire for the firefighter to douse with the fire extinguisher (nice touch). Well, here are the basics of the set:
The good things
Firefighter
Equipment rack
Fire
Fire hydrant
Fire extinguisher
Ax (also comes with one extra)
Chainsaw
Ice saw
The bad things
None
Over all, I highly recommend this set.

LEGO Star Wars Anakin's Y-Wing Starfighter (8037)
I bought this for my 7 year-old grandson who could hardly wait to put it together and he worked at it for 2 hours, loving every minute of "work". I have a great photo of him proudly holding it up for the camera and I plan to buy him the Lego "Death Star" for his next gift.Get more detail about LEGO Star Wars Anakin's Y-Wing Starfighter (8037).

Buy Mega Bloks Building Imagination Bag - Pink, 80 Pieces
My 2 year old daughter has had these for about a year now and she still loves them and plays with them every single day!
I love them because they're large enough so you don't lose them and small enough for her little hands.
It comes with postcard sized cards with some building designs on each one, which is pretty cool.
She loves stacking them as high as she can get them all by herself - which is usually close to 4 feet tall!!!! (They are quite sturdy!)
She has even decided some of the bloks are bath toys too.
Good amount of blocks for one infant/toddler, though I am hoping to get some more so she can go nuts with them over the next few years. I'm looking at buying the Mega Bloks Disney Princess Tub OR the Mega Bloks Bucket Disney Princess Enchanted Tales: Enchanted Garden, since my daughter loves "towers" like she sees on Dora all the time and she'd have a blast building her own towers.
LOVE the bag it comes in - still use it for storing them! Light-weight enough so my daughter can pull it out when she wants to play with them.
Like the colors - not a fan of primary colors so was thrilled with these pastel ones.
Overall, VERY pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend for non-battery operated, safe, and imaginative play!
